Job Description:

The role involves leading sustainability initiatives for eFuels and RFNBOs.:
- Develop and maintain certification solutions for eFuels/RFNBOs across the certification systems, Monitor and assess legislation relevant to eFuels/RFNBOs, including EU RED II/III, RFNBOs Commission Delegated Regulation, Low-Carbon Gases Regulations, and other international regulations, Engage with current and prospective system users and cooperating certification bodies, Establish strategic networks in emerging markets, Represent the organization in relevant forums and actively promote certification solutions in new markets, Lead stakeholder activities related to the certification for new markets, Support the delivery of relevant training programs, Conduct benchmarking and manage pilot projects, Provide timely technical support and consultancy to system users

Qualifications:
- University degree in energy management
- environmental engineering
- chemical engineering

- or related fields
- Minimum five years of professional experience in the sustainable fuels sector
- focusing on production and related supply chains
- Preferred: experience with eFuels
- including production
- supply chain
- RFNBOs
- and electricity markets; familiarity with sustainability certification
- Demonstrated experience in high-level customer support or similar roles
- Service-oriented mindset and exceptional communication and networking skills
- particularly in international settings
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- good German; additional language skills are advantageous
- Strong presentation abilities and capacity to convey complex issues in simple terms; adept at preparing professional presentations for various target groups
- General IT proficiency and advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with a pragmatic and independent working style
- Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement processes and drive change
