Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Technical Producer to support the development team for a high-profile game project.

As a Senior Technical Producer, you will oversee multiple teams and pipelines, take full ownership of projects, and make critical decisions as needed. You will also be responsible for roadmap planning, prioritization, and time allocation to ensure outstanding and timely delivery of the final product.:
- Collaborate with senior production members, directors, and leads to break down milestones into actionable sprint deliverables., Maintain and communicate department roadmaps, schedules, and team capacity to senior production members., Effectively communicate key dates and deadlines to team members, driving the completion of project goals., Define and track project dependencies, ensuring that the impact of scope changes is clearly understood and communicated., Advocate for team members, fostering a culture of open collaboration and trust., Regularly update the production team on project status, risks, and opportunities., Cultivate a positive team culture to enhance engagement and productivity., Contribute to refining production management processes to elevate studio efficiency and product quality., Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level production experience in game and/or engine development.
- Proven track record in full project life cycle on at least two AAA projects across multiple platforms.
- Expertise in process and people management methodologies with a self-directed approach.
- Comprehensive technical understanding of game and engine development processes
