Your Role in Digital Innovation:

Collaborating with the innovation team to devise testing and automation strategies for new projects., Serving as a technical lead, directing projects from a technical standpoint, and mentoring team members., Maintaining close communication with clients., Participating in pre-sales and upselling activities.

• Strong experience with CI/CD practices
• including establishing pipelines for test automation and setting up quality gates.
• Adept at working with databases
• IoT
• IIoT
• and container technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• capable of discussing technical topics with clients directly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
• Possess an agile mindset.
