We are currently looking for a Site Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Hilden, Germany. In this critical role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the site, deliver products at agreed quality, service, and cost levels, and foster a safe and productive work environment.

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the site’s operations.:
- Plan, lead, organize, and control the delivery of the site’s contributions to business objectives and overall performance, providing insights based on analysis, Establish, achieve, enforce, and continuously improve performance levels for the site, Implement and operate the common health, safety, and environment platform, identifying and effectively responding to hazards, Coach, mentor, and develop the site management team members to build a strong, collaborative team in a supportive work environment, Establish a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, professionalism, and commitment to company values, Network with other site managers and stakeholders to develop and share knowledge, leverage best practices, and build talent, Serve as the point of contact for internal and external audits

Qualifications:
- University degree in engineering or equivalent
- Proven track record in managing production operations
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
