Job Description:

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

    Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably specialized in technical roles within the tech industry., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment., Proficiency in both English and German., Bachelor’s degree in a business-relevant field., Sourcing experience or a willingness to develop expertise in this area is a plus., Experience in conducting interviews and applying behavioral-based interview techniques., Strong entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen., Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels., Understanding of technical skills and technologies relevant to the roles we recruit for, such as software development, data science, and marketing.
