Job Description:

We seek a skilled professional dedicated to ensuring customer success with a powerful non-destructive testing brand. You will be responsible for equipment service work, warehousing confirmation, pre-shipment inspection, on-site inspection, and repairs.

The following responsibilities are expected::
- Provide pre-service and after-sales technical support, product education, and services directly to non-destructive testing customers and internal sales teams., Support application and engineering trials either in-house or on-site., Conduct field service data collection, routing, and reporting., Perform on-site installation and training for non-destructive testing detectors., Conduct factory setup, on-site installation, and training for flux leakage testing equipment., Troubleshoot and repair eddy current flaw detectors on-site as necessary., Be available for travel at least twenty-five percent of the time.

Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the non-destructive testing field.
- Proficient in both English and German

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
- Positive attitude towards problem-solving and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Availability for overtime as required for service work.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret electric circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
