We are seeking a Technical Business Development Manager for Adhesives to support our Additives Business in Gersthofen, Germany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic initiatives and customer collaboration.:
- Implement Adhesives Strategic Initiatives and translate them into profitable business projects, Develop new projects with target customers and prospects, Lead specific product development initiatives and align them with global segment strategy, Utilize CRM systems to document customer opportunities related to technical initiatives, Leverage global application labs and resources for the development and testing of new offerings, Support marketing communications by articulating the value proposition to customers, Prepare and present at conferences, events, and webinars

Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- or a related field
- Five years of experience in developing hot melt adhesives
- Fluency in English and German; Spanish is a plus
- Strong self-motivation and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and identify their needs
