We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tender & Bid Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in offshore wind engineering. This role focuses on providing expert engineering solutions for the design, construction, and optimization of offshore wind structures. Our team combines advanced engineering principles with innovative technologies to meet the evolving demands of the offshore wind industry.

The Tender & Bid Engineer will be responsible for various tasks within the tender management process, including technical analysis and proposal preparation.:

Develop and prepare proposal concepts for complex engineering projects in the offshore wind sector, Formulate technical bid strategies, oversee the tender process, and ensure adherence to deadlines, Conduct technical analysis and draft proposal documents in collaboration with engineering teams and management, Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, QHSE, Operations, and external partners like law firms and subcontractors for technical proposals and commercial offers, Prepare detailed technical calculations and project budgets, Identify technical opportunities and risks in the bidding process and initiate corrective measures when necessary, Continuously improve technical processes and proposals for enhanced competitiveness during the bidding phase, Review and revise technical documents from clients or internal departments and coordinate their creation, Monitor tender platforms to discover new technical business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• preferably focused on offshore or renewable energy
• At least two years of experience in tender management
• particularly within the offshore wind sector
• Demonstrated expertise in producing intricate technical calculations and project budgets
• Experience in assessing and analyzing technical proposals from clients
• Proficient in developing comprehensive technical proposal concepts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Meticulous attention to technical details and a methodical working style
• Ability to adhere to technical deadlines under pressure while maintaining quality
• Skillful in deriving and organizing technical work packages for stakeholders based on client proposals or requests
• Commitment to enhancing technical processes and proposals for maximum competitiveness during the bidding phase
• Strong team player with effective collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders
