Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Value Stream Operational Excellence Leader to enhance our operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role is crucial in aligning operational excellence strategies and collaborating closely with global teams to standardize and elevate our operational business systems.

The Value Stream Operational Excellence Leader will be instrumental in aligning operational excellence initiatives and enhancing performance within the value stream. The role demands collaboration with various functions and global sites to drive a unified operational excellence standard.:
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives throughout the Operations Business Unit, Provide strategic guidance to enhance operational excellence in line with organizational goals, Work with cross-functional leaders to support and drive improvement activities, Apply a disciplined approach to swiftly tackle challenges and standardize excellence, Coach and educate teams on continuous improvement techniques to foster a learning organization, Drive cost improvement projects to enhance unit costs and gross margins, Promote best practices across all locations, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in project management and driving continuous improvement utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of successful Lean Six Sigma projects leading to significant value return
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with completed projects evidencing value return
- Experience in leading and motivating diverse
- globally dispersed teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
