The Human Capital Management Platforms department is responsible for the implementation, operation, and further development of the central HR platforms. We map the entire employee life-cycle, from recruitment to training, development, and health management, right through to retirement and pension schemes. As a Workday application developer, you will implement and optimize Workday Extend applications and integrations, collaborating closely with the Workday Architect to customize and develop new solutions. You will also support day-to-day operations, prepare and maintain Workday user documentation, and analyze new features for deployment during semi-annual Workday releases.:

Act as a Workday Technical developer and engage in agile Workday Extend and Interface development, Identify new use cases and program applications that address new business needs, Configure custom Business objects and Business processes, Improve applications by applying changes, testing, and releasing new features to the live system, Work on issue resolution, providing recommendations for workarounds and identifying business process improvement opportunities, Engage in problem management by identifying recurring incident patterns, documenting known errors, and investigating root causes and resolution paths, Perform agreed Workday configurations and test changes resulting from bug fixes, enhancement requests, and new functionality, ensuring relevant documentation is updated

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
• Business Administration
• Computer Science or Related Field
• Experience in application implementation methodology and support life-cycle

• Functional understanding and knowledge of HR policies
