Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Product Designer Lead to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the design vision and strategy for our cutting-edge Web3 wallet. You will oversee all aspects of design, including user experience (UX), user interface (UI), brand identity, and marketing design. Your leadership will guide a team of designers as you mentor and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. You will ensure that every design decision is rooted in user-centered principles while aligning with the overall goals of the organization. By conducting thorough industry research and staying abreast of trends, you will guarantee that our design work remains relevant and impactful. As you collaborate with cross-functional teams, your ability to communicate design concepts effectively will be crucial. This role also involves presenting design strategies to stakeholders and acting as a brand ambassador to promote our design philosophy.
