Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Designer to take charge of the vision, strategy, and execution of design projects for our flagship client. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure a smooth, user-centered design process. As a Senior Designer, you will oversee the entire design process while ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.:

Lead the full design process including research, conceptualization, prototyping, validation, and detailed design.;; Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders for seamless product development.;; Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization and client projects.;; Utilize data-driven insights to enhance design decisions and identify areas for innovation.;; Mentor junior designers and team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.;; Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
