Service Designer

Job Description:

    We are looking for a talented Service Designer to join our Change Programme Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience within the courts system by conducting in-depth customer research to identify the needs of users and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in simplifying and standardizing processes, addressing design flaws that affect service delivery, and improving overall user and employee experiences. Your expertise in service design, interaction design, and human-centered innovation will be essential as you collaborate with various teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your goal will be to create effective service design strategies that lead to more streamlined and user-friendly experiences for all who interact with the courts.

As a Service Designer, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing service delivery and user experience.:

    Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points;; Develop and implement service design methodologies;; Create journey maps and service blueprints to visualize user experiences;; Prototype and test design solutions with real users;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve service processes
