Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating analytical dashboards, particularly in finance, marketing, and operations. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience across various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes. A significant focus will be placed on data visualization, and you will be expected to provide compelling examples of your previous work. The selection process includes an internal interview, a design exercise, and a customer interview. We are looking for someone who can work well within an existing design system or is capable of developing a new one.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your main responsibilities will include::
- Designing and prototyping user interfaces for analytical dashboards.;; Conducting user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.;; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.;; Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate your interaction ideas.;; Working within existing design systems and contributing to the development of new design guidelines.
