We are looking for a Product Manager for Back Office Software to strengthen our Products & Solutions department within the Business Unit Traffic at our Wiesbaden headquarters. As part of our end-to-end traffic solutions, the central back office software is a core component for road safety enforcement and toll collection. You will be globally responsible for our back office software, managing the product throughout all phases of the product management process, from planning new versions to product lifecycle management and retirement. You will drive the product from a business perspective, ensuring that we offer innovative, market-oriented, and competitive Back Office Software to our global customer base. Additionally, you will act as the product expert, coordinating product-related activities across various departments.

As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include::

Defining and managing the back office software products for traffic solutions, Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform product planning, Developing the product strategy and creating the product business plan and roadmap, Engaging with customers to gather insights and understand their needs, Translating user feedback and research into actionable insights for product enhancements, Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of product features, Coordinating product release launches, Enabling and supporting the Sales team in selling the product, Defining product-related services, Managing the product lifecycle continuously, Presenting the product at conferences and trade shows

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management

• Strong strategic thinking
• analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to drive alignment across technical and business teams
• Ability to make impactful presentations to stakeholders
• Self-organized with a positive attitude towards challenges
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
• Fluent in English
