In this role, you will oversee market demand forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy in demand planning and support the development of our talented planners.

As the Cluster Lead, you will guide the Demand Planning team in forecasting market demand effectively. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely execution of planning reviews, collaborating across departments, and implementing global standards in demand planning.:

Oversee the Demand Planning Review process at the Cluster Level, ensuring key assumptions are accurate., Facilitate timely demand planning reviews, ensuring compliance from multifunctional teams., Develop and mentor Demand Planners, fostering collaboration with the Commercial team., Monitor and manage the monthly governance process for demand planning., Ensure alignment of systems and processes with global standards., Support the implementation of SAP IBP and related processes across relevant markets., Leverage demand forecasting platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy., Align strategic objectives with stakeholders across various functions., Resolve issues related to fragmented forecasting and information acquisition., Gain insights into market trends and brand performance to improve forecasting capabilities., Assist in the hiring, training, and onboarding of new demand planning coordinators., Utilize technology and analytics for process design., Track key performance indicators and business benefits., Implement actions to improve demand planning performance and monitor progress., Make informed business decisions that align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in Demand Planning
• At least ten years of experience in Supply Chain management

• Master's degree in supply chain management
