As an IT Service Manager, you will oversee the service delivery for cloud services and ensure that our ITSM processes are optimized and effective.:

    Oversee IT Service Management in the first and second level for cloud service delivery., Ensure the quality of ITSM processes and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives., Monitor and manage contract-related responsibilities and SLA commitments independently., Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud-related topics., Collaborate proactively with global IT infrastructure members and service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in computer science
  • business informatics
  • or equivalent training with several years of practical experience.
  • Experience: Proven background in service delivery; familiarity with IT governance and IT security management; experience collaborating with service providers.
  • Know-How: Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL (ITIL certification is a plus); experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); knowledge of business workflow processes.
  • Languages: Proficient English language skills required; German language skills are a plus.
  • Personality: A goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset
