Lead national and international logistics projects in the APAC region:

Lead national and international logistics projects in the APAC region, Implement best practice logistics processes and IT solutions at various locations within the APAC region, Drive continuous process improvements (e.g., Lean) and further develop solutions to enhance logistics performance and reduce costs, Further develop logistics performance reporting for managing and controlling logistics services (time, cost, quality) in the APAC region, Maintain implemented logistics solutions, including IT, and troubleshoot process and IT failures for the units in the APAC region, Identify synergies in applying logistics solutions across different business units, Responsible for training staff in the APAC region regarding the application of logistics solutions, Enhance best practice exchange within the global logistics community, collaborating closely with Corporate Logistics, Purchasing, Customs, and IT, Report directly to the Head of Global Logistics Projects

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business engineering or equivalent with a focus on change management

• PP
• or CS (SAP training certification or equivalent is highly valued)
• Proven experience in implementing inbound and outbound logistics IT solutions in a competitive environment
• Strong communication skills

• Extensive experience in developing logistics and supply chain processes based on a diverse IT landscape (SAP

• International mobility and intercultural competence are required
