The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business requirements and designing necessary process adaptations.:

Manage regional and segment-specific business requirements in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system through local fit-gap analyses under the leadership of deputy or hub process owners for end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, Drive the adaptation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes towards goals of harmonization and standardization, and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, such as data cleansing, Provide guidance and steer junior hub business experts in requirements analysis and business process modeling, Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system, Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region, mainly within a segment, and, if required, across Strategic Business Units, Contribute to the creation of training materials and support end-user training as organized by the training lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics
• Business Administration
• Industrial Engineering
• or related field
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management with Devices and/or Implants and Disposables
• Understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes like Customer order management
• Intercompany sales
• Integration with sales-related processes and systems
• such as RAR
• CRM
• and Webshop interfaces
• Proven experience in business requirements management and designing business processes
• Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA as well as relevant third-party business systems
• Relevant industry knowledge
• Excellent conceptual
• results-oriented
• and communication skills
• Ability to build networks and willingness to work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
• Business fluent in English
• Willingness to travel at least 50%
