Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for People Analytics to lead the development and execution of our HR Data Strategy. This role involves overseeing a dedicated team of data professionals, collaborating with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven solutions that support decision-making processes during our transformation and strategic initiatives.

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Manager People Analytics include::
- Creating and implementing a workforce analytics strategy that aligns with organizational goals., Recruiting and leading a small team of data professionals to deliver analytical solutions that aid HR and business decisions., Collaborating with HR, technology, and business leaders to identify key business questions that can be addressed using data., Establishing metrics, reporting, and dashboards to monitor essential HR and business performance indicators., Spearheading cross-company data enhancement initiatives through data collection efforts and recommending process improvements to ensure data quality., Keeping abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in workforce analytics and suggesting innovative approaches to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics
- mathematics
- computer science
- or economics
- with over eight years of professional experience and at least four years in a data leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading a team of data professionals to successfully deliver data projects.
- Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is advantageous.
- Experience with HR Systems data models
- specifically SAP Success Factors
- alongside proficiency in Python and PowerBI.
- Ability to develop HR data strategies
- with prior experience in ESG reporting being a plus.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
