Job Description:

Our Launch Consulting team plays a key role in onboarding top merchants, breaking down technical barriers, and guiding them through a successful launch journey. As a Launch Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of merchants, provide technical expertise, and collaborate with various teams to help our clients maximize their use of the platform.

Key projects, activities, and expectations include::
- Assisting merchants in launching on the platform by providing tailored technical consultations, including guidance on data migration, third-party integrations, and front-end development, Optimizing internal processes through feedback and initiatives, Staying updated on the latest product updates and industry trends, Serving as a role model by maintaining high standards and mentoring others, Establishing yourself as a thought leader in commerce and sharing best practices with clients, Collaborating with product and R&D teams on future roadmaps and providing feedback on new features, Working with leadership to drive continuous improvements for successful merchant launches

Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian and/or French

- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience in agile project management
- Deep understanding of European and international commerce markets
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities

- Willingness to travel for customer site visits and events (approximately 10%)
