Job Description:

    Join a dynamic team of service experts dedicated to implementing forward-thinking sales strategies that enhance business performance and meet sales targets. Your primary role will involve developing, communicating, and executing effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize profitable revenue.

Oversee and conduct service training sessions.:

    Lead technical service training for technicians, partners, and end users in collaboration with the Training Manager., Design and assess technical training programs following established policies and objectives, including online sessions., Coordinate training plans with training locations and participants., Prepare certifications and training materials., Organize shipment of training samples and tools., Provide vacation coverage for other team members as needed., Assist in the development of training formats, including online learning., Create instructional materials such as course outlines and training aids., Ensure quality and consistency of training content throughout its lifecycle., Manage training programs in alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards., Maintain training aids, equipment, and tools., Develop training schedules and classroom agendas., Prepare necessary training materials including presentations and worksheets., Perform service tasks on products as required., Recondition training samples post-training, ensuring cleanliness and functionality., Book and prepare training rooms and samples, facilitating access for trainees., Organize joint dinners for training participants when necessary., Restore training rooms to a clean state after each session., Evaluate and enhance customer satisfaction., Accurately fill out training orders and finalize them in the CRM system., Gather and assess internal and external feedback, coordinating with the training team to implement improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
