Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Security Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our information security framework and ensuring the safety of our IT infrastructure. You will contribute to the creation and refinement of security policies and guidelines, while also integrating security requirements across various departments. Your expertise will be crucial in investigating security incidents and implementing measures to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will organize internal audits and provide recommendations based on your findings. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a culture of security awareness among employees.

As an IT Security Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to information security, including but not limited to::

Developing and adjusting information security policies, Creating and maintaining security concepts and guidelines, Integrating security requirements with departments, Investigating and analyzing security incidents, Planning and implementing measures to reduce security risks, Conducting internal security audits and preparing reports, Advising and supporting departments on security matters, Conducting training and awareness programs for employees

Spoken Languages:

• English, German

Skillset:

• Proficiency in IT security tools and technologies
• Solid knowledge of current threats and attack methods
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with a structured and analytical approach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Information Technology
• or a related field
• At least three years of relevant experience in IT system administration or security
• Familiarity with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
