Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager or Senior Manager to lead our IT-Compliance and Security initiatives. In this role, you will take charge of significant projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory IT requirements prevalent in the financial sector. Your expertise will help us develop and refine our consulting products in IT compliance and security. You will provide both technical and process-oriented guidance to help our clients navigate existing and emerging regulatory requirements, particularly in the financial services industry. Throughout the auditing process, you will support clients, ensuring they meet necessary standards. Furthermore, you will be tasked with innovating effective risk management strategies in information processing, integrating compliance, risk, and security seamlessly into our offerings.

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of IT compliance and security.:

Lead and manage large-scale IT compliance projects from inception to completion, Identify potential consulting opportunities and create tailored proposals for clients, Guide the strategic development of consulting products in the field of IT compliance and security, Provide expert advice on the implementation of regulatory IT standards, Support clients throughout the auditing process to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, Develop innovative approaches for effective risk management in information processing

Spoken Languages:

• Project management expertise
• Consulting experience in regulated industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Proficiency in developing compliance strategies and risk management frameworks

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Informatics
• Industrial Engineering
• Business Administration
• or a related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory IT requirements in key sectors
