IT Information Security Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Information Security Manager who will serve as the global contact for all departments within the company regarding information security matters. This role involves conducting risk assessments related to information security and evaluating the opportunities presented by emerging technologies. As the deputy to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the organization, you will perform security evaluations of both on-premise and cloud-based IT services, deriving appropriate measures based on your findings. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will be instrumental in the evolution of our security framework and contribute to significant projects such as Global Digital Resilience, the execution of TISAX audits, and the internationalization of our cybersecurity initiatives. You will also enhance and ensure the effectiveness of the international Information Security Management System (ISMS) while developing, maintaining, and advancing relevant reports that measure the effectiveness of the ISMS. Additionally, you will prepare training materials on information security and conduct training sessions or implement various awareness initiatives to share your knowledge.

As the IT Information Security Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities that ensure the ongoing protection of our information assets.:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies., Evaluate new technologies to determine their impact on our information security posture., Perform thorough security assessments for IT services across both on-premise and cloud environments., Lead the development and implementation of the security framework in collaboration with cross-functional teams., Manage the preparation and execution of TISAX audits and other compliance requirements., Enhance the existing Information Security Management System (ISMS) to align with industry standards., Create, monitor, and update reports measuring the effectiveness and compliance of the ISMS., Develop and deliver training programs to improve awareness of information security across the organization.

Skillset:

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience in IT forensic analysis.
• Proficiency in network management and security.
• Ability to analyze source code and develop scripts.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as MS365 and MS Azure.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of information security management systems and relevant ISO standards.

Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Computer Science
• Cyber Security
• or a related IT field.
• Certification in information security such as CISM
• CISSP
• or equivalent.
