The IT Manager will be responsible for various critical tasks that ensure the smooth operation and security of the company's IT systems.:

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT security strategy, Review and enhance existing IT security standards and processes, Identify and respond to cybersecurity incidents with appropriate containment and resolution measures, Create and execute incident response plans to mitigate IT risks, Develop training programs to educate employees on IT security best practices, Implement data encryption systems for sensitive information, Act as the main contact for private alarm systems and external security service providers, Administer software systems, primarily focusing on Microsoft products, Manage user profiles and access rights for all devices and applications, Oversee the procurement and setup of new hardware, Facilitate IT onboarding for new employees and provide ongoing IT support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Information Technology

• Proven experience in IT management and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of IT compliance and security standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
