As a Hardware Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the daily development process, acting as a decision support and order placer for Research and Development. You will take comprehensive responsibility for the physical products of the company, closely collaborating with the development team as the product manager's right hand. Your primary responsibilities will include owning and ensuring the product's functionality, quality, production, and execution. You will be tasked with transforming high-level visions into manageable products, creating specifications, detailing requirements, and writing user stories. Additionally, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including R&D, supply chain, and scrum teams, ensuring everyone has the correct information and assisting with prioritization in the development process. Engaging with external clients to gather information for hardware specifications will also be part of your role, as well as presenting products and conducting short training sessions. Furthermore, you will take an active role in the industrialization of our products, working closely with our factories and suppliers to oversee certifications and standards concerning our product specifications. Initiating cost-reduction activities and analyzing production costs, as well as participating in the selection and sourcing of components, will also be part of your responsibilities.
