Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Business Intelligence Analyst who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our claims operations through data-driven insights. In this role, you will directly contribute to ensuring that our customers can quickly return to normalcy when faced with unfortunate events. Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights, allowing us to continually improve our services and maintain our competitive edge. You will be integrated into the Nordic Claims Business Intelligence & Reporting Chapter within Claims Controlling and Business Development. This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional business performance follow-up through meticulous data analysis and reporting. Your mandate will include leveraging If's extensive data resources to boost automation, enhance digital experiences, optimize operational efficiency, and ultimately elevate customer satisfaction. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate across various departments, analyze and visualize operational data, and communicate vital intelligence that drives strategic decisions and actions.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your main responsibilities will encompass a wide range of analytical and reporting activities that support the claims operations.:
- Support and challenge the organization to enhance performance and value creation.;; Contribute to operational reporting and the analysis of results.;; Maintain and develop current reporting frameworks.;; Provide valuable insights for the development of a Nordic Datawarehouse.;; Act as a role model in promoting professional practices and knowledge sharing across teams.
