Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer and Privacy Manager to join our Nordic Tech organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the assurance activities that ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive information related to our customers, business partners, and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain robust information security and privacy management frameworks, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. You will collaborate with various business units, facilitating comprehensive risk assessments and managing overall risk across the organization. As the leader of the Cyber Security team, you will drive initiatives that align with our business goals, while managing IT and security audits. This position requires not only a technical background but also exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

As the Chief Information Security Officer and Privacy Manager, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks to safeguard our information assets and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.:

Develop and implement a comprehensive information security and IT risk management program;; Conduct risk assessments and manage risk across various business units;; Maintain and enhance the information security management framework;; Ensure consistent application of security policies across technology projects;; Implement privacy policies and provide guidance on data protection compliance;; Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on privacy-related matters
