As the Chief Information Security Officer, you will undertake a variety of critical responsibilities to ensure the safety and integrity of our information systems.:

Develop and implement a robust information security strategy tailored to organizational needs;; Lead and mentor a team of IT security specialists, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration;; Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to proactively strengthen security measures;; Collaborate with business leaders to understand their security needs and align IT security measures with their objectives;; Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to advocate for security best practices;; Oversee the identification and mitigation of security risks across the organization;; Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards;; Lead incident response efforts to address security breaches effectively;; Communicate complex security issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;; Educate staff on the importance of cybersecurity and best practices

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CISA are highly advantageous
