Your role involves not just maintaining and troubleshooting security point solutions but also collaborating closely with clients to design and implement optimal security configurations tailored to their needs. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our monitoring systems integrate seamlessly within our platform, thereby enhancing service delivery operations. This position requires a solid understanding of core IT security tools and network fundamentals, enabling you to adopt a client-facing approach that prioritizes customer service excellence.
