Your primary tasks will include facilitating and preparing various Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, backlog refinements, and sprint planning sessions. You will closely monitor sprint progress to ensure the achievement of sprint goals and oversee testing progress while coordinating testing processes. You will also identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure a smooth workflow. Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders is essential, along with maintaining transparent and up-to-date documentation in Jira and Confluence.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the teams operate efficiently and effectively within the Agile framework.:

Prepare and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.;; Monitor and report on sprint progress and ensure that the team is on track to meet sprint goals.;; Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.;; Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-prepared backlog.;; Ensure transparent communication and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
