Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Lund, Skåne County, Sweden. The successful candidate will work extensively with data from our ERP system, specifically MS Dynamic 365. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective data solutions that enhance our business intelligence capabilities. You will leverage your expertise in SQL Server, Azure services, and data analytics to drive insights and improve decision-making processes. Your role will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and create reports that inform strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data architecture, enabling them to contribute to the development of our data strategy.

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be tasked with several key responsibilities that are crucial for the success of our data initiatives.:

Develop and manage SQL databases and data warehouses to ensure optimal performance and accessibility;; Create and maintain data models and reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders;; Collaborate with business units to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications;; Implement data integration processes using Azure Data Factory and other ETL tools;; Monitor and optimize existing data pipelines for efficiency and reliability;; Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and patterns that inform business strategies;; Provide training and support to team members on data tools and methodologies

• Experience with SSAS Tabular models
• Familiarity with Azure Services, ADF, Key Vaults, and Data Lakes
• Proficient in Azure Databricks
• Strong data analytical skills
• Knowledge of D365 schema is a plus
• Experience in Python is an advantage
• Understanding of medallion architecture is beneficial
