In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing our cloud-based services, as well as various internal deployments of our platform. Your primary focus will be to ensure reliability, resilience, availability, and observability of our services. You will work closely with the backend team, playing a crucial part in creating a seamless and secure communication experience for our clients. As a Site Reliability Engineer, your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the robustness of our systems and services.:

Deploy and manage backend services in the Cloud using AWS and Kubernetes;; Provide support for customers operating backend services in on-premise environments;; Automate infrastructure deployments and management using Infrastructure as Code tools;; Manage database clusters and various backing services to ensure their availability;; Contribute to open source projects and maintain a high standard of code quality
