Job Description:
- We are seeking a PMO Transformation Lead to spearhead a strategic transformation initiative across three independent business units in the B2C, retail manufacturing, and premium bedding sectors. This role will report directly to the CEO and Private Equity Fund, playing a pivotal role in integrating operations, creating synergies, and maximizing value across the different brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transformation program, ensuring all initiatives align with the overall strategic objectives while fostering collaboration among various teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions that drive the transformation forward. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization while working closely with key stakeholders.

The PMO Transformation Lead will oversee the following key responsibilities::
- Lead the comprehensive management of the transformation program to unify the three distinct businesses into a more integrated structure.;; Identify and leverage potential synergies across various operational, sales, and service functions, including finance, HR, and IT.;; Ensure alignment between different brands and customer bases to enhance operational efficiency.;; Act as the central point of contact between daily operations and management, facilitating communication and addressing challenges as they arise.;; Develop and implement KPIs to monitor progress and ensure that all teams are aligned with transformation goals.;; Engage in strategic problem-solving to address issues proactively and develop initiatives that support the transformation program.;; Maintain robust communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and challenges.;; Support the transition to a more integrated operating model in collaboration with the Head of M&A.
