Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Employee in UX/UI Design to join our dynamic team in Berlin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience and visual design of our web platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and engaging for our diverse audience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and visually designing the entire architecture of our websites with a strong focus on user experience principles. This includes creating user journeys, conducting usability tests, and collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement digital content across multiple channels, including our website and social media platforms. You will actively contribute to the structural development of our design system and continuously assess usability aspects to enhance content delivery and responsive design. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with accessibility standards, working closely with agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality design solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will engage in various exciting tasks that enhance our digital presence and user experience.:

Conceptual and visual design of the entire PD website architecture with a focus on UX;; Creation of user journeys and conducting usability tests;; Assistance in designing, creating, and implementing digital content for the PD website and social media channels;; Active involvement in the structural development and evolution of the PD design system;; Continuous evaluation and optimization of usability aspects for content delivery and responsive design;; Ensuring compliance with BITV 2.0 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards;; Collaboration with and management of agencies and external service providers
