Financial Master Data Analyst

Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Financial Master Data Analyst to join our dynamic Global Business Services team. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and creating financial master data, which is essential for various processes across our organization. As part of a global remote team, you will collaborate with colleagues from different regions, ensuring that our financial data is accurate and of high quality. Your contributions will directly impact our goal of enhancing health and hygiene standards globally. You will work closely with other process leaders and finance colleagues, acting as a champion for our global master data policies and procedures. This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that drives continuous improvement and innovation in our services and processes.

As a Financial Master Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing financial data processes.:

    Create and maintain key financial objects such as GL accounts, cost centers, and profit centers;; Ensure quality assurance of master data, highlighting issues and recommending improvements;; Train and communicate with team members to promote understanding of global financial master data policies;; Coordinate testing activities in various projects;; Respond to complex inquiries and develop problem-solving guidelines;; Contribute proactively to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing master data quality;; Perform mass uploads of master data in collaboration with the IT team;; Develop KPIs and conduct data analysis for reporting purposes;; Implement workflow tools and automation systems to enhance data governance
