Job Description:
- The Health Service Company Havelland mbH is seeking a dedicated IT Security Administrator for a permanent position, either full-time or part-time, based in Nauen and/or Rathenow. Our organization is a collective of seven companies within the health and social services sector, with facilities spread throughout the Havelland district in western Brandenburg. We are proud to be the largest employer in the region, employing around 2,400 individuals. The IT department supports users and systems across the entire Havelland Kliniken group, which includes two hospital locations, various medical practices, emergency services, and residential homes throughout Havelland. As an IT Security Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of networks and compliance with established security measures. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security standards, monitoring IT security systems across all locations, and addressing any incidents that arise. The security team manages firewalls, email security, network access management, DMZ, and the overall network infrastructure. As an IT Security Administrator, you will be tasked with various responsibilities to ensure the integrity and security of our IT systems.:
- Configure and install network components within our complex system, including approximately 5500 network ports, 300 WLAN access points, and 171 switches.;; Manage VPN access and certificates for various purposes.;; Conceptualize and establish new projects, including cabling plans from racks to entire buildings.;; Configure critical components such as firewalls and endpoint security systems.;; Support the ongoing development and transformation of our IT security systems.;; Monitor and operate security infrastructure involving logging, monitoring, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.;; Participate in the introduction of new technologies such as Network Access Control (NAC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).;; Harden our IT systems and services to enhance security.;; Conduct penetration tests against systems and users to identify vulnerabilities.;; Document all changes using the provided tools.;; Participate in a rotating on-call duty for IT support.
