Job Description:

    In the role of Senior IT Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our internal IT operations. You will utilize your technical expertise along with exceptional interpersonal skills to assist internal stakeholders with their IT infrastructure needs. Your responsibilities will include the configuration and upkeep of various IT systems across the organization, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance. You will work closely with the Head of Technology and collaborate with colleagues across different European offices, making your mark in a dynamic and international setting.

As a Senior IT Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of IT services for internal customers. You will manage various tasks related to equipment and software procurement, infrastructure maintenance, and user support.:

    Provide technical support to internal customers via email and phone, primarily in Stockholm, with the possibility of assisting other European locations.;; Oversee the management of equipment and software for the Swedish office, ensuring all resources are up to date and functional.;; Maintain and optimize the overall IT infrastructure, including systems management tools, Office 365, and the physical office environment.;; Implement best practices for IT service management and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Experience with Windows Server and VMware management
  • Knowledge of Audio/Visual systems and Mobile Device Management solutions
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
