Job Description:

Join our dynamic Business Operations department as a Junior Process Manager, where you will be at the forefront of our company's growth journey. Your role will focus on driving change and enhancing efficiency within our operations. You will analyze and optimize existing business processes with a keen eye on digitalization and automation potential. Your responsibilities will include documenting processes using BPMN 2.0 and Lucid, ensuring that all information is clear and accessible to your colleagues. You will also conduct informative training sessions, empowering employees to understand and adopt these new processes effectively. Collaboration will be key, as you will work alongside our Data and Business Analytics Team to implement innovative monitoring options that will enhance our operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in improving our Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure our compliance with annual ISO27001 certification audits, as well as managing risks and ensuring business continuity. Working closely with the Business Operations team, you will also pursue further certifications to bolster our security and competitiveness in the market.

As a Junior Process Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive process optimization and efficiency across the organization.:
- Document and maintain processes using BPMN 2.0 and Lucid;; Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes;; Collaborate with Data and Business Analytics Team to enhance monitoring capabilities;; Improve ISMS for compliance with ISO27001 certification;; Work with Business Operations team to achieve additional certifications such as ISO9001 and NIS 2;; Analyze existing business processes for automation opportunities;; Lead meetings and discussions effectively to drive change
