Job Description:
- Join our dynamic Digital Strategy Analytics Team as a Digital Strategy Product Data Analyst, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Digital Unit's Value Streams and Commercial Teams with actionable insights and data-driven strategic options. This position is crucial for enhancing our global digital product teams' capabilities to optimize shoppers' journeys and elevate their analytics skills. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regional teams, central BI teams, commercial leaders, expansion teams, and product teams, to ensure cohesive communication and competency development around our digital business performance. Your analytical prowess will be instrumental in coordinating comprehensive analytical projects across various Digital Value Streams, allowing you to formulate hypotheses, conduct analyses, draw conclusions, and provide strategic recommendations. Your primary focus will be customer centric, empowering stakeholders to enhance the customer experience through in-depth analysis of behavioral, commercial, and product performance data. You will guide product roadmaps by assisting Product Managers and Value Stream Managers in prioritizing resources and managing product backlogs. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and owning business cases for the value streams, integrating insights from commercial, digital, and user behavior analyses. This role requires you to lead data-driven decision-making processes, making data visibility accessible to all stakeholders and educating them on its implications. You will utilize various advanced analytics tools to navigate through our vast data lake, ensuring that you can effectively analyze, execute, and monitor initiatives from conception to implementation. Being an active participant in our broader analytics community, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics capabilities within the organization.

As a Digital Strategy Product Data Analyst, you will have a range of responsibilities focused on enhancing the digital experience and improving commercial outcomes through data-driven insights.:
- Coordinate analytical projects across Digital Value Streams, leading hypothesis formulation, analysis, conclusion, and recommendations.;; Empower stakeholders with customer-centric insights to enhance the customer experience through expert analysis.;; Support Product Managers and Value Stream Managers in prioritizing resource allocation and managing product backlogs.;; Develop and take ownership of business cases for value streams, combining commercial and digital insights.;; Facilitate understanding of product performance among commercial stakeholders.;; Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze and track initiatives from concept to implementation.;; Drive data-driven decision making by enhancing data visibility and educating stakeholders.;; Translate complex data into easily understandable insights for diverse teams.

- Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, fashion, or tech product-driven companies
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker Studio
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across various functions including Commercial Leads, eCommerce Managers, Product Managers, Developers, and Designers
