Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

You will work closely with projects and spend significant time at customer sites, acting as the key link between clients, colleagues, and subcontractors. Your role will also require a strong business acumen, where you will provide consultative upselling assistance. Upon project completion, you will be responsible for handover procedures to the service department and internal project feedback. In this position, you will initiate projects by conducting risk assessments and consistently monitor compliance with all safety and risk regulations. Your success in this role will be supported by a comprehensive internal training program divided into seven stages, culminating in certification. Continuous professional development opportunities will also be available based on your experience.

As a project manager, you will lead and coordinate our projects, acting as the representative for both our company and our clients, ensuring successful delivery according to agreements.:

    Coordinate project execution internally and externally;; Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations;; Manage project finances and budget adherence;; Oversee procurement of subcontractors, electrical installations, and materials;; Document and track project progress and deliverables;; Align subcontractor deliveries with project timelines

Qualifications:

  • Technical understanding of HVAC systems (helpful but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with construction sites and guiding subcontractors
  • Experience with AB04, ABT-06 contracts is advantageous
  • Knowledge of project processes
  • Ability to work with tender documents, contract documents, and technical specifications
  • Experience in managing intensive projects with many technical details
  • Familiarity with self-testing documentation and its significance
  • Strong planning and leadership skills
