Job Description:

As a Software Engineer II at our Berlin-based international team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance, features, and overall design of our core product for healthcare professionals. You will join a dedicated team focused on improving the efficiency of care teams in their daily operations. The task management feature we provide aims to help healthcare professionals save time, boost their productivity, and gain control over their workload by automating tasks and delivering clear and accessible information regarding their patients. In this role, we are specifically looking for engineers who will primarily engage in frontend projects, utilizing technologies such as React and Ruby on Rails. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and user-friendly.

As a Software Engineer II, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that will significantly contribute to our team's objectives.:

Enhancing the performance of key features developed in React and Ruby on Rails, often challenging existing processes and frameworks.;; Prioritizing and improving user experience through the introduction of new features and design updates while adhering to high code quality standards.;; Taking a leadership role in delivering projects outlined in the product roadmap in collaboration with your team.;; Proactively managing and reducing the bug backlog to maintain product stability and performance.;; Contributing to the establishment of a technical vision and co-driving the creation of a strategic roadmap for upcoming quarters.;; Leveraging your expertise to continuously refine and improve our development processes.
