Job Description:

    We are on the lookout for a talented Junior AI/ML Engineer to become a vital part of our dynamic team dedicated to a Department of Defense DISA contract. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in developing and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. A strong foundation in data analytics, cloud technologies, and data governance is essential for this role. The position demands an in-depth comprehension of AI/ML algorithms, efficient data preparation, and model deployment within the secure confines of a federal environment. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling various machine learning workflows, including designing, training, evaluating, and deploying models while ensuring the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and security. Staying updated with the latest trends in AI/ML is crucial to maintain a competitive edge in this rapidly evolving domain.

    Develop and implement AI/ML models to enhance data-driven decision-making processes;; Collaborate effectively with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions;; Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data across all AI/ML projects;; Conduct ongoing research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies;; Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment;; Work closely with the Chief Data Officer to align AI/ML initiatives with broader organizational goals;; Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI/ML models and processes;; Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle
