Managing Director, Healthcare Advisory
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Managing Director for our Healthcare Advisory services. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of healthcare business operations. The ideal candidate will oversee client engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while driving value creation and operational excellence within healthcare settings. As Managing Director, you will lead senior level negotiations and project management initiatives while presenting to influential stakeholders including senior executives, physicians, and care delivery providers. Your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities to expand our advisory services to existing clients and monitoring industry trends to align our offerings with market needs. You will work collaboratively with sales and business development teams to initiate outreach and deliver tailored advisory services. Additionally, you will actively market our services at industry conferences and take part in the recruitment and development of staff, fostering a culture of mentorship and growth.

The Managing Director will execute diverse client projects both independently and as part of a collaborative team, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.:
- Provide strategic healthcare advisory and guidance across various business service lines.;; Assess and enhance clinical, financial, and operational programs that provide value to clients.;; Develop and implement programs that integrate healthcare services effectively.;; Identify and close opportunities for Healthcare Advisory services.;; Leverage BDO resources to address client needs in finance, HR, technology, and more.;; Maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and service continuity.;; Conduct financial and statistical analysis, providing data-driven insights as needed.;; Supervise and support the workload of team members, including directors and associates, ensuring quality output.
