As a Senior Product Designer, your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks aimed at refining our design system and improving user experiences.:

Continuously evolve and enhance our Design System.;; Collaborate with engineers and designers to identify and create reusable components.;; Plan and prioritize component delivery based on team needs.;; Support teams in adopting reusable components, ensuring consistency and quality.;; Maintain detailed documentation for usage guidelines.;; Engage with customers to understand their needs and advocate for user-centric design.;; Participate in research initiatives and evaluative testing to gather feedback.;; Contribute to the growth and culture of the design team.
