Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Chief Operating Officer to join our executive leadership team. Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance metrics
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly
• Experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion
• Knowledge of winery operations, including vineyard management, winemaking, direct-to-consumer marketing, and wine club operations
