In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling financial and insurance products to our customers, ensuring they receive the best service possible. You will work closely with our sales team to drive referrals and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Your goal will be to foster customer loyalty through exceptional service, while also managing the financial aspects of the business to ensure growth and profitability. As a Business Manager, your primary responsibilities will include the following::

Selling financial and insurance products while monitoring penetration rates weekly;; Encouraging a high referral rate from the sales team;; Marketing financial products and ensuring effective point of sale presentations;; Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of finance products;; Focusing on customer retention, with metrics monitored daily;; Delivering outstanding customer service to enhance loyalty and referrals;; Ensuring orderly administration and maintaining high housekeeping standards
