The Business Development Executive will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our client base and ensuring exceptional service delivery.:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their expectations.;; Actively seek out new business opportunities and manage sales leads to foster growth.;; Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing any queries or concerns.;; Prepare detailed profiles of candidates for client review and maintain strong client relationships.;; Guide clients and candidates on shift terms and conditions, ensuring clarity and compliance.;; Conduct outreach to potential clients to build relationships and promote our brand effectively.;; Collaborate with the commercial team to communicate service offerings and align strategies.;; Strive to meet or exceed financial targets and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.;; Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, including CQC regulations and contractual obligations.;; Maintain accurate and organized records of workers, clients, and service users.;; Implement company procedures for payroll, recruitment, and management systems.;; Promote equal opportunities and handle any complaints with professionalism and care.;; Assist neighboring branches as necessary and engage in continuous training.;; Embody the values of the organization in all aspects of your role.
