As a Project Manager, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that are essential for the successful management of tech transfer projects.:

Oversee the transfer of new products into manufacturing facilities;; Develop and monitor project schedules, risk management strategies, and resource allocation;; Create and manage project work orders and change orders;; Ensure timely completion of invoice milestones;; Coordinate with internal departments to manage project budgets;; Facilitate project status meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes;; Document and track project risks and mitigation plans;; Communicate project updates and relevant information to stakeholders;; Identify areas for improvement and propose constructive changes;; Set and manage customer expectations while ensuring effective day-to-day interactions
